Project Description

EPICENTAR was hired by the Ministry of Education and Science to prepare a feasibility study for a public-private partnership for construction and reconstruction of dormitories in Macedonia. The study demonstrates current and planned situation in dormitories in the country and gives the model of public-private partnerships for various scenarios of investment.

The study includes:

• Student accommodation in R. Macedonia dormitories in Macedonia
• Investments in the dormitories. Public Private Partnership
• Law on Public Private Partnership models of public private partnership
