EPICENTAR was hired to provide consulting services of a consultant to prepare a study for the development of existing and planned industrial zones in Pelagonia. And the specific tasks included:

• Local expertise in conducting interviews with stakeholders and customers,
• Collection of data and information from local sources as required by the consultant,
• Analysis of the legal framework related to local spatial planning, construction, financing and operation of industrial zones
• General overview of financial capacity, human resources and capacities of local authorities
• Assessment of the industrial capacity of organizations to manage industrial zones
• Guidelines for organizing the appropriate entity to be able to effectively implement and manage future industrial zones.
