The two-day workshop within the project "Partnership and capacity building, a path to sustainable development", which was held on 11.04. and 12.04. in Skopje, merged into one place representatives of 22 municipalities from Serbia and North Macedonia and resulted in 12 concrete concepts for cross-border projects.
The project "Partnership and capacity building, a path to sustainable development" calls for the continuation of successful cooperation and many joint projects in the future.
The workshop was attended by mayors, presidents of municipalities and representatives of local self-governments from the Jablanica and Pcinja regions in Serbia, as well as representatives of municipalities from the Northwest and Skopje regions of North Macedonia.
The project "Partnership and capacity building, a path to sustainable development" aims to build network between local governments from the Jablanica and Pcinja regions and the municipalities of North Macedonia and to raise the capacities of local self-governments to participate in cross-border programs. The project includes support in the preparation and implementation of EU projects (IPA Cross Border Cooperation Bulgaria - Serbia and Serbia - North Macedonia).
